Contract and Regulations

Table/Space: Each table or space rental will be $25. Table/space is described as an area that will hold a 6’-7’ table.

Electricity: Space by outlets can be arranged if noted on form.

Payment: Payment is due prior to day of bazaar (Saturday, November 2, 2024)

Set-Up: Set-up times are Friday, November 1, 2024 from 5:30-7:00. We will also have doors open by 8:00 AM day of the bazaar.

Tear Down: Immediately following the closing of the bazaar. We would like your area to be cleared by 3:00 PM.

Liability: First United Methodist Church will Not be liable for any damage/loss of items left overnight.

Directions: The church is located at 303 S. Main St, Franklin, Ohio 45005. We are on the corner of 3rd and Main Streets.

Please note, that there has been some recent construction on Main Street in front of the church. It was converted from a one-way to a two-way street, so please be aware of the driving lanes if you're unfamiliar with the new traffic pattern.

Please use the 3rd Street door when bringing you items for set-up. We also have a handicap accessible door and ramp between the church and insurance company on Main St.

Parking: After you unload your items, please park your vehicle behind the Wes Banco Bank on Main St. That way we can save parking for our buyers!
